Refund Policy

1. General
OpenMail is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product. Payments and refunds are handled by our payment partner Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
2. Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you can use OpenMail without being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the OpenMail app or via the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
Because OpenMail provides immediate access to a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. In exceptional cases (for example, duplicate payments or technical issues), you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be processed directly by Paddle in accordance with their policies.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@openmail.cn and include your order number, billing email, and a brief explanation. You may also contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt email.
